It integrates with other standard Conversar Workplace modules to offer full signage capability, interactive schedule boards, wayfinding, and a range of visitor and employee workflow management tools.

As an integrated part of Conversar Workplace, the Room Booking Module enables users to securely schedule room resources, avoid reservation congestion, save time on administrative work, and make the most of meeting spaces.

The solution consists of wall- and/or glass-mounted 10” interactive Room Occupancy displays (with light indicators), Interactive Schedule Boards, integration with Microsoft O365 (including Teams), and a central cloud-hosted backend administration tool.
